Abu Jani & Sandeep KhoslaThe boys', as the twosome of Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla are known in the fashion circuit, can be considered among first names in that made it big, by way of success, attention, fame and hype. It is a creative alliance that exudes attitude and talent.
They were one of the first to display their creations at Harrods. Ever since, the Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla show is a much awaited, though not so frequent event. Though they lack in professional training, they push ethnic fashion to the limits, almost to the dictates of their fancies. No wonder they claim that they do not make garments, they make heirlooms. Asli Deisgns
Asli lives in Bali, Indonesia. Originally a bookbinder for the past 6 years she has been making clothes. Nearly all the pieces she designs and makes are unique.
She hand-crafts most of the pieces herself, from shaping the leather hide to inlaying stones, bones or silver pieces, but ably assisted by her tailors Saiful Rahman and Adi Warna Dewa. Whatever piece you decide on, you can be sure Asli will craft it for you with love and intention. Bico Australia
Bondi Beach, 1995. Two young jewellery deisgners see the lack of high quality stylish jewellery that represented the young and exciting culture around them. They set out to create cutting edge pieces that didn't break the bank and didn't sacrifice quality . . . and so BICO Australia began.
Always striving to be innovative and uncomparable to anything else in anything else in the market, BICO was quickly recognized for its originality. BICO Australia is now a global brand distributed to over 20 countries and worn on every continent but Antarctica. (They are working on that but if anyone is in the vicinity of Antarctica or are on the way, please take a BICO pendant with you and send them a photo.) Duirwaigh Studios

Karl Donoghue
Karl is inspired by the beauty of natural skins and their unique intrinsic qualities. Throughout the design process he works very closely with a number of tanneries to develop new ideas and processes for each collection. Working in London has a huge influence on the styling and detailing. A pocket, a seam, a silhouette can all be inspired by the people of London or wherever Karl travels. The current collections focussed on the drape quality of the skins, folding and wrapping to create less structured shapes. Quilt detailing & knitted lambskin form an important part of the 2009/10 collection. A colour palette of anthracite, mineral, clay, bracken, bronze, Chablis and mink results in a sophisticated collection.
